Unique Focus

The Cross-Curricular Collaborative cohort intentionally balances the benefits of online synchronous (live) and asynchronous class sessions. All single-subject contents are part of this cohort. 

The Cross-Curricular Collaborative credential candidates typically work at the same school and with the same guide teacher and grade level for the entire school year. This allows our candidates to cultivate deep and meaningful relationships at their school sites and to hone their teaching skills more effectively. In addition, because our candidates work with the same guide teacher for the school year, they are frequently given the opportunity to be involved in adjusting and designing instructional segments, projects, and curricula.
