Bilingual Added Authorization Pathway (BAAP)

The Bilingual Added Authorization Pathway (BAAP) is a partnership between the San Diego County Office of Education, Butte County Office of Education and San Diego State University. The goal is to create a pathway for credentialed teachers to obtain a Bilingual Authorization and diversify our teacher workforce. The three partners are committed to providing flexibility and support to educators who are pursuing a Bilingual Authorization.
